Q: WHAT SETS YOU APART FROM OTHER PHOTOGRAPHERS?

A: we are firm believers of keeping it real, and never treating you like a business transaction. we care way more than that. throughout your entire experience with us, we want to make your life easy, by offering all of the services we offer, we are able to do just that, and we love it. we take all of our photos in a lifestyle approach so that you feel relaxed, casual, all while having fun! our use of natural light, timeless neutrals, clean photos and golden hour sunlight is what our brand is known for!
 

Q: DO YOU RECCOMEND A SECOND SHOOTER?

A: almost all 40+weddings that we shoot a year, we do solo. we have back up equipment for everything, and lots of experience making us more than capable of getting all of the great shots you could possibly need. if you are someone who likes the peace of mind as a second shooter as insurance, you are more than welcome to contract one in for an additional cost.
 

Q: HOW DO I GET OUR WEDDING FEATURED ON A BLOG?

A: with a wedding designer on our staff, we have been very lucky to have our work published and featured on many blogs such as style me pretty, magnolia rouge, and more. most publishers are interested in weddings with lots of details, great floral, and elements that are unique. if you want to be published, let us know and we would be happy to give you a ton of tips on how to make your wedding stand out!


Q: WILL WE GET FEATURED IN A MAGAZINE OR BLOG?

A: although many of our sessions do get featured, this is not something that is guaranteed. most publishers are interested in colorful, uniquely designed weddings!


Q: HOW MANY IMAGES WILL I RECEIVE?

A: for an 8-10 hour wedding, we typically deliver at least 500 images or more. for engagements, around 150+, and for any other session, usually around 100-200.


Q: DO YOU HAVE A LIST OF PREFERRED VENDORS TO USE?

A: we sure do! if you are in need of custom stationary or calligraphy, we got you handled. all packages come with free stationary design as a thank you for booking your photography with us. as for wedding coordinators to florists, djs, videographers and caterers, we have worked with some of the best companies in the industry and would be happy to share their information with you! 

Q: WE’RE HAVING A WEDDING OUT OF TOWN/STATE. DO YOU TRAVEL?

A: yes! we love destination weddings and have been lucky enough to travel all over the world shooting weddings. send us more information on your travel plans, and we will create a custom wedding collection to suit your needs.


Q: DO I HAVE TO ORDER PRINTS THROUGH YOU?

A: you receive the print rights to all of your photos within our packages, so you can print whenever, and wherever you like! although we highly recommend ordering prints through our professional vendors, but it is not required. the difference in quality is huge when it comes to ordering through a professional lab, so we encourage clients to let us help with prints!


Q: WHAT EQUIPMENT DO YOU USE?

A: we use all of the latest canon equipment. we work with the canon 5d mark iv, canon 5d mark iii, 35 1.4 mm lens, 50 1.2 mm lens, 85 1.8 mm lens, 100 macro lens, and the 135 2.0 mm lens, among other items such as our flashes, etc. all of our cameras and lenses have a backup in the rare event that anything should happen to one of our pieces. we also shoot fuji 400h film with the pentax 645nii, so please let us know if you are interested in that!


Q: How do i know what the best package is for me? will 8 hours be enough?

A: This truly depends. And no worries, that is what we are here for! Weddings where the ceremony + reception are at the same venue, 8 hours typically work really well. We can absolutely make 8 hours work for a wedding that is not set up this way, but we recommend some start times for ceremony + reception based on your wedding party size, and details. We usually chat about this during the consultation so that we can get a tentative game plan mapped out so that you can have a really good idea what package works best for you and your needs. 


Q: HOW DO WE RESERVE OUR WEDDING DATE?

A: a 50% deposit and signed contract is required in order to get your wedding day on the calendar. a month prior to your wedding, the remainder of the balance is due.
